Research

  • Systematic and quantitative research on how the therapeutic process works.
    Discoveries have contributed to the evaluation of how outcome enables the clinician to assess the effectiveness of his interventions. Investigations have shown how patients test the therapist to establish whether it is safe to face dangerous feelings, attitudes, and memories. They also demonstrated which interpretations help the patient to overcome conflicts and achieve their goals.
